Berriful Waffle that you’ll go Bananas over!

  • Six-C WAFFLE
  • ___ Chicken eggs
  • ___ Coconut milk
  • ___ Coconut oil
  • ___ Coconut flour
  • ___ Club soda
  • ___ Cinnamon
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Maple syrup

Six-C WAFFLE recipe: Whisk some eggs in a bowl. Pour in coconut milk & coconut oil, continue to whisk. Place the coconut flour into the bowl in small amounts, while still whisking. Mix in some club soda & cinnamon. Warm the waffle iron. Pour waffle batter into the waffle iron & cook till crispy & golden brown with brown toasted edges.

After, fill the pockets of the waffle with maple syrup & allow it to soak in a little. Cut up strawberries & bananas, then place them & the blueberries on top. Enjoy! I ate this breakfast in honor of National Waffle Week, September 1st-8th.

*No need for exact measurements because everyone’s taste is different & with that considered everyone should enjoy it in the way they like most. Also with every different direction another tasty waffle is created!
